Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

As the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Analyst will drive Salesforce and Lead-to-Cash initiatives from discovery through deployment, focusing on requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and solution design support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering activities through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping exercises
• Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and regression testing activities to ensure requirements are fully met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives
• 2+ years of experience supporting Salesforce implementations and enhancements
• Strong experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business case development
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
