Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives for a leading brand, the contract-to-hire Salesforce Business Analyst / Product Owner will gather and document business requirements, manage product backlogs, and facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and delivery timelines
- Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions with development teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role in software delivery
- Experience working with Salesforce platforms, including Commerce Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Proven ability to write detailed user stories and manage product backlogs in Agile environments
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
