Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

Driving Salesforce excellence, the full-time remote Sr. Business Analyst (Salesforce) will lead the administration and optimization of Salesforce.com, partner with cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into scalable solutions, and manage large-scale CRM initiatives to enhance sales productivity and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead administration and optimization of Salesforce.com to enhance sales productivity
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions
• Develop reporting and dashboards to inform forecasting and strategic planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in business systems, business intelligence, or related fields
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce.com experience (administration, configuration, reporting)
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver projects end-to-end
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and reporting
