Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end coordination of Salesforce initiatives, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Analyst will engage with users to define requirements, translate business needs into structured solutions, and ensure disciplined execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Salesforce users to understand workflows and reframe unclear requests into clear problem statements
• Translate user needs into well-structured Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria while ensuring alignment with Salesforce capabilities
• Own assigned Salesforce initiatives from intake through launch, planning timelines and coordinating across teams to ensure successful delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Demonstrated experience working directly with business users to define system requirements
• Experience supporting software delivery teams in Agile environments
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
