Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a federal health organization, the fully remote contract-to-hire Salesforce Business Analyst will design Salesforce solutions, develop complex data models, and serve as a liaison between customers and development teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Design Salesforce solutions and automate business processes to meet organizational needs
• Develop user stories and future-state process flows to facilitate solution design and development
• Analyze requirements-gathering processes to enhance efficiency and business outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements using the Gherkin method
• 3+ years of experience writing user stories
• Bachelor's degree required
• Valid Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Certified Administrator
