Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst, the remote position will manage requirement gathering and translate business needs into technical specifications while leveraging Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Omni Studio to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business processes and document Salesforce requirements
• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce expertise to improve client engagement
• Create detailed business requirement documentation and serve as a liaison between business units and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Experience working with Public Sector and Non-Profit organizations is highly desirable
