Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis, the Salesforce Business Analyst will support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) by collecting business requirements, designing Salesforce solutions, and acting as a liaison between stakeholders while documenting business processes and user stories.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements using the Gherkin method and create system documentation
• Design Salesforce solutions, refine data models, and automate business processes to meet client needs
• Facilitate communication between customers, vendors, and the development team, ensuring clarity in user stories and feedback incorporation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Valid Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Certified Administrator
• 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements and writing using the Gherkin method
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
