Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support dynamic Salesforce project implementations, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Analyst will engage with clients to gather requirements, lead engagement teams, and create tailored Salesforce solutions while managing technical teams and ensuring user acceptance testing.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate business process review workshops and analyze client business requirements
• Document User Stories with acceptance criteria and manage the feedback loop through build
• Configure Salesforce systems and lead User Acceptance Testing, including strategy and implementation

Required qualifications

• 2+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in Salesforce Configuration
• 2+ years of platform- or solution-architecture experience in custom-system development
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Experience with Agile project methodology, including backlog management and sprint planning
• Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Platform App Builder certifications required
