Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the optimization of marketing, enrollment, and student support lifecycles, the full-time salaried Salesforce Business Analyst will gather business requirements, configure Salesforce applications, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver user-centered solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to identify business needs and document requirements for Salesforce solutions
• Configure and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to enhance operational efficiency
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Salesforce Administrator
• 3 years of experience in K-12 education, virtual education, or education technology environments
• Strong experience configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using declarative tools
• Active Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst) highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field preferred
