Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a federal health organization, the fully remote Salesforce Business Analyst will design Salesforce solutions, develop complex data models, and serve as a liaison between customers and development teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Design Salesforce solutions and automate business processes to meet organizational needs
• Develop and review user stories and process flows to support solution design and development
• Analyze requirements-gathering processes to enhance efficiency and improve business outcomes

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements using the Gherkin method
• 3+ years of experience writing user stories in a software application environment
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Bachelor's degree and valid Salesforce certification required
