Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a nimble team dedicated to high-quality project outcomes, the full-time Salesforce Business Analyst will independently manage multiple projects, translate business needs into functional requirements, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and translate them into formal requirements and functional specifications
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training while documenting processes for Salesforce environments
- Develop effective Salesforce solutions by collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in business analysis or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience with functional design and requirements work in Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field, or an Associate's degree with five years of experience in systems analysis
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Salesforce Lightning capabilities
- Ability to create functional and technical documentation and reports in Salesforce
