Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a one-year contract, the Salesforce Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, develop Salesforce solutions, and facilitate user acceptance testing while collaborating with diverse stakeholders on energy initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and lead user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and mentor junior team members on best practices
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of business analysis or systems analysis experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Proficient in creating technical documentation and translating business needs into formal requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flows, and automation tools
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models and relational databases
