Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, manage project execution, and ensure adherence to best practices while driving user adoption and providing status updates.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for Salesforce initiatives
- Coordinate with Salesforce teams and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage change requests while ensuring compliance with Salesforce standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years managing Salesforce projects
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.)
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Project Manager/Consultant credentials preferred)
