Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salesforce Business Analyst will lead engagement teams to implement and integrate Salesforce solutions while managing client relationships and technical projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate business process review workshops and analyze client business requirements
- Manage integration complexity and ensure bi-directional sync integrity across systems
- Create project deliverables including business requirements, solution designs, and functional specifications
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in Salesforce Configuration
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including advanced configuration and data migration
- Familiarity with Agile project methodology and tools such as Jira
- Proficiency in managing technical teams for development and integrations
- Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications required
