Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing IT team, the remote Salesforce Business Analyst will identify business needs, elicit specifications, and collaborate with customers while working on Eastern Standard Time in a contract position with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Identify business needs and collaborate with IT team members to develop innovative solutions
- Prepare and revise functional specifications, obtaining necessary sign-offs from customers
- Document system processes and configurations while managing multiple projects and assignments concurrently
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience
- Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, including Lightning capabilities
- Ability to create functional and technical documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, or an Associate's degree with five years of experience in systems analysis
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models and the ability to create reports in Salesforce
