Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Analyst will lead requirements management, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on Salesforce implementations, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation, documentation, and ongoing management throughout the software development lifecycle
- Identify business needs and translate them into actionable functional requirements while maintaining the product roadmap
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support backlog management, prioritization, and release management
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce implementations
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Proficient in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and root cause analysis
- Fluent in English with excellent comprehension and communication skills
