Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
To drive end-to-end business process modernization, the remote Senior Business Analyst or Functional Lead will manage discovery and requirements gathering, configure Salesforce solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders in the Staffing and Workforce Management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders to uncover business needs
- Document business processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for development teams
- Configure Salesforce solutions directly and support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Salesforce business analysis or functional consulting experience
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration skills with the ability to build within the org
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications are a plus
- Experience in the staffing, recruiting, or HR tech industry is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Asana or Jira
