Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
Leading a team of Salesforce professionals, the full-time Salesforce Business Analyst will engage with customer agencies to analyze business needs, support platform enhancements, and ensure effective communication while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand business processes and requirements for the Salesforce platform
- Oversee a team of Salesforce admins and developers, managing workloads and coordinating with stakeholders for project delivery
- Serve as the primary liaison for customer agencies, facilitating engagement sessions and communicating platform updates
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a government or corporate environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring teams or leading workstreams
- Ability to break down complex business processes into clear requirements and technical artifacts
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to attain a Federal Government Position of Trust
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is preferred
