Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing revenue organization, the remote Salesforce Business Analyst will manage the Salesforce Media Cloud instance, develop reporting and analytics, and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and data quality.
Key responsibilities
- Administer Salesforce Media Cloud, including user management, permissions, and automation
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions in partnership with Revenue Strategy & Enablement and sales leadership
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for actionable business insights and support data migration efforts
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or sales analytics
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or plans to obtain within the first year
- Experience building flows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects in Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, and data management best practices
