Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
Acting as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, the remote Salesforce Business Analyst will optimize Salesforce platforms, gather and analyze business requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a connector between business teams and technical developers to ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with strategic goals
- Gather and analyze business requirements while facilitating Agile/Scrum delivery processes
- Design and document solutions that enhance Salesforce functionalities and support enterprise-wide initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or closely related role
- 2+ years of direct experience working on the Salesforce platform
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Certified Administrator strongly preferred
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development frameworks
