Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
Acting as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce technical delivery team, the remote Salesforce Business Analyst will optimize Salesforce platforms to meet organizational goals, gather and analyze business requirements, and support continuous improvement initiatives on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a key connector between business teams and technical developers to ensure Salesforce solutions align with strategic goals
- Gather and analyze business requirements while facilitating Agile/Scrum delivery processes
- Design and document solutions that optimize Salesforce functionalities and support enterprise-wide initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or closely related role
- 2+ years of direct experience working on the Salesforce platform
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Certified Administrator strongly preferred
- Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum software development frameworks
