Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salesforce Business Analyst will lead client engagements for Salesforce project implementations, focusing on business analysis, technical configurations, and user acceptance testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate business process review workshops and perform detailed analysis of client business requirements
- Document User Stories with acceptance criteria, assumptions, constraints, and recommended solutions
- Manage technical teams for Salesforce development and integrations, ensuring successful project deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in Salesforce Configuration
- Experience with platform- or solution-architecture in a custom-system development environment
- Proficient knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Familiarity with Apex and Visualforce/Lightning Components design considerations
- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications are required
