SalesForce Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support SalesForce initiatives focused on enhancements and continuous delivery, the contract SalesForce Business Analyst/Solutions Architect will partner with stakeholders to document requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and ensure high-quality releases while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery through stakeholder interviews and document current-state and future-state processes
- Maintain and refine backlog items in Jira, collaborating with Scrum teams for grooming and sprint planning
- Support QA and UAT planning, defining acceptance criteria and coordinating UAT sessions with business users
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role supporting application delivery
- 5+ years of experience as a SalesForce solution designer or implementer
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Hands-on experience with Jira and documentation practices
- Demonstrated ability to write high-quality user stories, process flows, and functional requirements
