Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
Combining business analysis and Salesforce expertise, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Analyst will drive infrastructure modernization, improve processes, and support technical project delivery while managing project documentation and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Map and document existing technical and business processes, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities
- Manage Jira tickets and Confluence pages for assigned projects, ensuring documentation remains current
- Advise on the adoption of Salesforce tools and develop measurements to report on productivity improvements
Required qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce tools, including Service Cloud, and familiarity with JIRA
- Proficiency in Excel for tracking device lists and remediation status
- Ability to produce professional artifacts such as business requirements documentation and process flows
- Strong judgment for escalating issues and providing technical details to senior administrators
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and document discussions effectively
