Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support a federal health organization, the fully remote Salesforce Business Analyst will design Salesforce solutions, develop complex data models, and serve as a liaison between customers and development teams while working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
Key responsibilities:
- Design Salesforce solutions and automate business processes to meet organizational needs
- Develop and review user stories and future-state process flows to enhance Salesforce development
- Analyze requirements-gathering processes to improve efficiency and drive better business outcomes
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
- 5+ years of experience capturing requirements using the Gherkin method
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis within a system engineering or software application environment
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Bachelor's degree and valid Salesforce certification required
