Salesforce Business Analyst Lead

Job Summary

Leading business analysis and solution design for Salesforce implementation projects, the full-time Salesforce Business Analyst Lead will engage with clients, mentor consultants, and drive best practices while primarily working remotely in LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and business process analysis for Salesforce implementations
• Design scalable solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds and act as the lead functional consultant on complex engagements
• Mentor and coach Salesforce Consultants, manage performance, and support resource allocation and development across projects

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Solution Consultant
• Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects in a client-facing role
• 2+ years of experience mentoring or managing Salesforce Consultants or Business Analysts
• Strong experience with multiple Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Salesforce certifications relevant to consulting, such as Administrator or Business Analyst
