Salesforce Business Analyst (MD Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and documentation of customer requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand business objectives and document enhancements
• Provide business and engineering expertise throughout project phases, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in leading workshops and documenting business requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or System Administrator
• Salesforce Admin (ADM-201) certification is required
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Experience in Agile environments and with Agile tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
