Salesforce Business Architect
Job Summary
Operating in a hybrid environment, the Salesforce Business Architect will lead clients through business vision to structured requirements, focusing on enterprise-wide process transformations and Salesforce solution design while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops to define business objectives and transformation opportunities
- Translate business intent into capability models and BPMN process architectures
- Develop capability roadmaps and advise on CRM maturity and customer experience transformation
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Architect or Senior Consultant in Salesforce or digital transformation programs
- Strong expertise in business process modeling (BPMN) and requirements engineering
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and design trade-offs
- Experience across core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience; exposure to Commerce/Revenue/Data Cloud is a plus)
- Preferred Salesforce consultant certifications in relevant areas
