Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer / Salesforce Business Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client advisory sessions and CRM transformation initiatives
Own Salesforce solution architecture and design for manufacturing CRM engagements
Guide pre-sales activities and support change management and governance efforts

Required Qualifications

8 - 12 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years focused on Salesforce CRM
4 - 6 years of experience with manufacturing organizations or clients
Proven track record of leading full lifecycle Salesforce implementations
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline
Salesforce certifications strongly preferred
