Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer / Salesforce Business Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client advisory sessions and CRM transformation initiatives
Design and oversee Salesforce solution architecture for manufacturing CRM engagements
Advise on change management, governance, and adoption strategies for CRM systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

8 - 12 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on Salesforce CRM
4 - 6 years of experience working with manufacturing organizations or clients
Proven track record of leading full lifecycle Salesforce implementations
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred
