Salesforce Business Consultant

Job Summary

To support CRM transformation initiatives, the full-time Salesforce Business Consultant will lead discovery workshops, design Salesforce-centric roadmaps, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with clients to assess current CRM landscapes and define Salesforce transformation roadmaps
• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for manufacturing CRM engagements, ensuring alignment with best practices
• Advise clients on CRM governance and change management, promoting effective Salesforce usage and adoption

Required qualifications

• 8-12 years of total experience, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce CRM
• 4-6 years of experience working with manufacturing organizations in a consulting environment
• Proven track record of leading full lifecycle Salesforce implementations from discovery to go-live
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline; MBA is a plus
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant are strongly preferred
