Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business System Analyst - Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for API integrations and Salesforce enhancements
• Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights for decision-making
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, IT, or similar)
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on API, microservices, and Salesforce Platform (Service Cloud)
• Strong understanding of API design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
• Salesforce certification(s) is a plus
