Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst - GTM and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce administration, including building and maintaining flows, configuring layouts, and supporting CPQ workflows
• Oversee sprint and backlog execution, coordinating user acceptance testing and publishing sprint release notes
• Maintain system documentation and provide training during change rollouts while ensuring data accuracy and hygiene

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and GTM systems
• Strong expertise in building Salesforce Flows, formulas, and field logic
• Experience managing backlog and sprint ceremonies using Jira or similar tools
• Ability to create documentation, SOPs, and release notes for end-user clarity
• Deep understanding of CRM data governance and sales/marketing workflows
