Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer III - Salesforce Business Systems Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements, creating detailed documentation
• Investigate user-reported issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce administrator and/or developer certifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience working directly in Salesforce, preferably in the life sciences industry
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks and automation tools such as Flow
• Exposure to Salesforce programmatic tools like Apex, Javascript, and SOQL
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
