Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) to bridge cross-functional teams and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce CRM and the internal commercial tech stack, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Collaborate with various teams to document and prioritize system enhancements and process improvements
• Lead project management for internal systems initiatives, from scoping to deployment and user adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3-5+ years in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role with Salesforce experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred; willingness to obtain within 180 days if not certified
• Experience with cross-functional systems projects and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM administration and familiarity with marketing automation platforms
