Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst will manage system changes, support end users, and enhance Salesforce functionality while collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and implement scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead prioritization, tracking, and communication of system changes to stakeholders
• Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality, including workflows and reporting
• Act as front-line support for users, troubleshooting technical issues and inquiries

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with Salesforce.com and Gainsight administration and configuration
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud; CPQ exposure is a plus
• Hands-on experience with declarative tools such as configuration and reporting
• 2-4 years in a Business Systems, Salesforce Admin, or RevOps role
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
