Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time contract Salesforce Business Systems Analyst will lead workshops to uncover business needs, translate complex challenges into actionable requirements, and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, working remotely for a duration of 6 months with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interactive workshops to identify business needs and translate them into actionable requirements
• Shape and deliver Salesforce solutions by mapping business needs to technical capabilities and managing product backlogs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and optimize user experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience with Salesforce, particularly in Field Service and Field Service Mobile
• Hands-on exposure to data migration and system transitions
• Experience using tools like Jira and working within Agile frameworks
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
