Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Systems Analyst will manage the functional design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the solution architecture vision for large-scale Salesforce Life Sciences programs, ensuring coherence across design and implementation
• Act as a senior liaison between business leadership and technical teams, translating strategic goals into actionable architecture directions
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and prepare functional documentation, including business requirements and technical designs

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Salesforce experience, with a focus on CRM solution architecture
• Experience in architecting and delivering complex Salesforce programs in Life Sciences or a related regulated industry
• Proficiency with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or similar CRM platforms
• Experience leading Agile delivery frameworks at a program scale
• Deep integration architecture experience, including familiarity with tools like Boomi or Workato
