Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Systems Analyst will configure, automate, and maintain Salesforce and associated GTM systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain configurations across Salesforce and the GTM tool ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
• Develop declarative automation and support troubleshooting of integrations, maintaining data quality and flow across systems
• Translate requirements into working solutions, managing user permissions and contributing to documentation and deployment processes

Required qualifications

• 1 to 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration or configuration experience, including Sales Cloud
• Practical experience with declarative automation and user management within Salesforce
• Comfort with data management tools and a solid understanding of data flow between systems
• Familiarity with integrations and APIs, with a willingness to learn scripting or Apex/LWC
• Genuine interest in utilizing AI tooling for workflow optimization and process automation
