Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Partnering with stakeholders across various departments, the full-time remote Salesforce Business Systems Analyst will lead requirements-gathering sessions, manage functional deliverables, and drive the pre-research phase to enhance the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem using Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions and prioritize requests from Sales, Channel, Professional Services, Finance, and Revenue Operations
- Own end-to-end functional deliverables including process definition, requirements, functional design, and post-launch support
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate the delivery lifecycle and facilitate Agile practices such as sprint planning and retrospectives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting SaaS business systems, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud
- Strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash lifecycle and related processes
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance decision-making and improve workflows
- Proficient in building reports and dashboards, and utilizing data to inform recommendations
- Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred) or equivalent practical experience
