Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Salesforce Certified Administrator will design and code functional programs and applications, ensuring alignment of Sales and Marketing processes while providing accurate reporting on key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize the sales process by aligning Sales and Marketing efforts and improving lead management
• Deliver consistent reporting on key performance indicators with actionable insights for enhancing customer experience
• Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and related systems while managing multiple requests effectively

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
• Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and data management
