Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Salesforce Certified Administrator will design and code functional programs and applications, ensuring alignment of Sales and Marketing to optimize the sales process while providing accurate reporting on key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure consistent alignment of Sales and Marketing to enhance the qualified lead process, distribution, and management
• Provide accurate reporting on key performance indicators with actionable steps to improve customer experience
• Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and related systems and processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification required
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification required
• Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
