Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Salesforce expertise, particularly in Sales and Service Cloud implementations
• Must hold Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect credentials
• Practical experience deploying Agentforce or building custom AI-integrated tools
• Expert-level knowledge of Pub/Sub API and Enterprise Integration Patterns
• Proven success in managing release cycles using tools like Copado or Gearset
