Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst (Salesforce) to support strategic initiatives and build relationships with the business community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of current projects and the Salesforce roadmap
• Lead requirements interviews and workshops to gather business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities
• Perform QA activities and manage the UAT process, ensuring alignment with business needs

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce
• Strong understanding of industry QA processes and business process analysis
• Experience with Salesforce and connected apps, including gathering business requirements
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certifications are required; Copado Robotic Testing Certifications are desired
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
