Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and develop solutions within the Salesforce environment, including Sales and Service Cloud
• Partner with various systems that integrate with Salesforce and troubleshoot data sync issues
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and maintain documentation for enhancements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in business systems analysis or Salesforce administration
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud and ideally Service Cloud
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator and Platform Developer I preferred
• Experience with billing platforms, ERPs, marketing automation, or data warehouses is a plus
