Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a federal health organization, the fully remote Salesforce Certified Business Analyst will design Salesforce solutions, develop complex data models, and serve as a liaison between customers and development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business needs and automate processes
• Develop user stories and future-state process flows to support solution design and development
• Analyze requirements-gathering processes to enhance efficiency and business outcomes

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with business processes and re-engineering
• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements using the Gherkin method
• 3+ years of experience writing user stories in a system engineering or software application environment
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Bachelor's degree required, along with a valid Salesforce certification
