A company is looking for a Business Process Director to lead the design and delivery of scalable solutions for Professional Services Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions, including custom development and integrations
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Architect robust Salesforce solutions and oversee integrations with third-party systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in CRM solutions, with at least 6 years specializing in the Salesforce platform
• Proven expertise in designing large-scale, web-based systems and understanding the full software development lifecycle
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and data sharing models
• Salesforce Certified and Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in environment and release management, and Agile development environments
