Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to support growth and facilitate organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply structured change management methodologies for process and technology changes
• Diagnose, design, implement, and assess change management strategies in support of Organizational Excellence initiatives
• Develop communication plans, training materials, and facilitate training sessions for stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related experience
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent required; advanced certification preferred
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Salesforce
• Previous experience with instructional development
• Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
