Salesforce Certified Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Salesforce Certified Consultant with expertise in Public Sector and Government Cloud initiatives who will partner with stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions across various cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for Salesforce Government Cloud implementations
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative functionality and best practices across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Collaborate with technical teams to support end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery and ensure compliance with governance standards

Required qualifications

• Active Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant certifications
• 5+ years of Salesforce consulting, administration, or solution configuration experience in enterprise environments
• Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and declarative automation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and business process optimization
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
