Job Summary

Leading the operational support and implementation of the University's Enterprise CRM Solutions, the full-time salaried Salesforce Certified CRM Manager will manage project assignments, coordinate technical and operational staff, and ensure Salesforce effectively supports various university functions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Enterprise CRM analyst team, setting goals and mentoring staff while ensuring accountability and excellent customer service
• Manage CRM projects, prioritize assignments, and facilitate data validation and user acceptance testing while communicating project status to stakeholders
• Oversee the collection and analysis of business requirements, recommending process improvements and coordinating planning sessions with clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience
• Five or more years of relevant technical and business work experience
• Three or more years of higher education experience
• Salesforce Admin I Certified
• Expert level experience with Excel
